Cocktail dress in blue organza. Wide, collarless neckline; scoops lower at back. Short sleeves with decorative gathers. Features underlayer spaghetti strap bodice in blue lace & beige organza. Navy satin ribbon waistband with bow at back. Midi-length layered circle skirt. Zipper and snap closures at side bodice. Fully lined.
